May 30, 2012. WIP Adventures!
I’m a night crafter… I was struck by inspiration yesterday afternoon and stayed up till 4AM working on this new amigurumi bear! The complete design is still a secret. ;P
(Hehe “night crafter” sounds kinda cool. *In a deep voice* —> IN A WORLD... where helpless yarn animals have no limbs… only ONE woman has the power to fight off the evil seduction of Sleep for the sake of a pro-limb vision. Stitch by stitch… in the darkest of night… she saves these animals from immobile lives. She is… The Night Crafter. *cue epic music*)
I hope you’re all having a good night or day!! Thanks for visiting. ♥<3 Josephine @ A Morning Cup of Jo Creations (Facebook, Tumblr, Etsy, Craftsy)
Mini bear charm! (It has the little lapel at the top to hang on stuff like keychains and cellphones :) he’s only about 2” big)
I need to make a ton of these in different colors!

Sometimes it’s interesting how one set of very similar patterns can end up looking entirely different. Originally imagined as a set of frogs, the blue and pink evolved into Bears. Or as one friend put it “frogbears”
I really like this pattern I’ve devised, they have fingers!
This guy looks like a baby toy. Bel was so sad to see him go.
But she can’t keep all of them no matter how much she wants to!

From “Amigurumi Toy Box”, a baby polar bear! I made this for a friend of mine who had requested the orange and green hat originally intended for the mommy bear. I altered the pattern a bit and with a little shenagling, got it to fit! I think he turned out real nice, though, even though that pom-pom nearly killed me. I tried to make that thing about three or four times and it was just…just horrible. But, I think this one was halfway decent and kinda fun - and honestly, the hat just didn’t look right without it!
Materials: Size F crochet hook, Sugar & Cream yarn, poly fiberfill, 9mm safety eyes.
